Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Kalispell, Montana & Transfer to Glacier National Park

Arrival: Arrive at Kalispell Glacier International Airport and meet your guide and group.
Travel to Glacier National Park: After an introductory briefing, take a short transfer to Glacier National Park, famous for its towering mountain peaks and dramatic landscapes.
Afternoon: Set up camp in one of the park’s designated wilderness areas, surrounded by forests, streams, and breathtaking mountain views.
Evening: Enjoy a welcome dinner at the campsite, followed by a campfire discussion about the park’s history, wildlife, and upcoming adventures.

Day 2: Hike the Grinnell Glacier Trail & Swiftcurrent Lake

Morning: After breakfast, begin your day with a hike to Grinnell Glacier, one of the park’s most famous and accessible glaciers. The 10-mile round-trip hike offers awe-inspiring views of glaciers, waterfalls, and mountain peaks.
Midday: Pause for a packed lunch near Swiftcurrent Lake, a picturesque spot perfect for a midday break and wildlife spotting.
Afternoon: Continue hiking to the glacier’s edge, where you’ll be rewarded with views of turquoise glacial lakes, jagged cliffs, and, if you're lucky, sightings of mountain goats or bighorn sheep.
Evening: Return to camp for a relaxing dinner, followed by an evening of storytelling and stargazing, as Glacier National Park offers some of the clearest skies for observing stars and constellations.

Day 3: Wildlife Watching in the North Fork & Bowman Lake

Morning: After breakfast, take a scenic drive to the remote North Fork region of the park, known for its wildlife-rich landscapes and less-visited trails.
Midday: Enjoy a guided hike around Bowman Lake, one of the park’s most serene and peaceful spots. Keep your eyes peeled for wildlife such as grizzly bears, elk, wolves, and a variety of bird species. Your guide will provide insights into the park's ecology and wildlife behavior.

Day 4: Scenic Drive on Going-to-the-Sun Road & Hidden Lake

Morning: Enjoy breakfast and take a scenic drive along the famous Going-to-the-Sun Road, a breathtaking 50-mile stretch of road that winds through the park, offering views of mountain peaks, glaciers, and valleys.
Midday: Stop at Logan Pass, the highest point on the road, to begin your hike to Hidden Lake. The 3-mile round-trip trail is a moderate hike, with incredible views of alpine meadows and the chance to spot mountain goats.
Afternoon: Reach Hidden Lake, a serene alpine lake surrounded by towering peaks. Relax, take in the views, and perhaps even dip your toes in the cool waters. Afterward, enjoy a packed lunch at the lake.
Evening: Return to camp for dinner, and reflect on your adventures. The night sky in Glacier is perfect for stargazing, so take some time to enjoy the clear skies.

Day 5: Iceberg Lake & Wildflower Hike

Morning: After breakfast, embark on one of Glacier National Park’s iconic hikes to Iceberg Lake. This challenging 9.7-mile hike is one of the park’s most popular, leading to a stunning turquoise lake surrounded by icebergs in the summer months.
Midday: Enjoy lunch near the lake, taking in the surreal beauty of the area. The trail is often lined with wildflowers during the spring and summer months, offering incredible photo opportunities.
Afternoon: After soaking in the breathtaking views, head back to camp to relax after a day of hiking.
Evening: Tonight, celebrate your last night in Glacier with a special campfire dinner and an opportunity to reflect on your adventures and the memories made in one of the most beautiful national parks in the U.S.

Day 6: Departure – Scenic Drive & Return to Kalispell

Morning: After breakfast, pack up camp and take a scenic drive through the park to some of the other iconic spots, including McDonald Lake and the Many Glacier area, where you may get a chance to spot some of the park's famous wildlife one last time.
Midday: Make a stop for a final hike or picnic before heading back to Kalispell.
Afternoon: Arrive in Kalispell, where the tour concludes. You can either fly out or extend your stay to explore the local area.
Evening: Depart for home, carrying with you unforgettable memories of Glacier National Park’s awe-inspiring landscapes and wildlife.

Accommodation

Throughout your 6-day journey, you’ll camp in Glacier National Park, in carefully selected wilderness campsites that offer both stunning views and a truly immersive experience in the wild.

Camping: The campsites provide basic amenities, including tent pads, fire rings, and restrooms. You'll have the opportunity to camp under the stars, surrounded by towering peaks and forests. All camping gear (tents, sleeping bags, and pads) will be provided.
Optional Upgrades: For those who prefer a little more comfort, glamping options are available, offering private tents with beds, electricity, and other amenities.
