1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available based on the cancellation terms and the specific circumstances of your booking. The following guidelines apply:
Full Refund: If you cancel your tour more than 30 days before the scheduled start date, you will receive a full refund.
50% Refund: If you cancel your tour between 15 and 29 days before the scheduled start date, you will receive a 50% refund of the total cost of the tour.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled start date are non-refundable.
2. How to Request a Refund

Please provide your booking details, including the name of the tour, booking confirmation number, and the reason for cancellation.
3. Refund Processing Time
Once your cancellation request is approved, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used during booking. If your original payment method is no longer valid, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method.
4. Non-Refundable Fees
Please note that certain fees may not be refundable, including:
Booking fees (if applicable)
Any service charges or third-party fees that are non-refundable
Costs associated with custom or special requests (if applicable)
5. Changes to Your Booking
If you wish to change your booking (e.g., change the date of your tour or switch to a different tour), we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the changes.
Tour Date Change: If you request to change your tour date more than 30 days before the scheduled start date, no additional fees will be charged. For date changes made less than 30 days before the tour, additional charges may apply based on availability.
Tour Changes: If you wish to switch to a different tour, the refund policy for the new tour will apply, and any differences in price will be adjusted accordingly.
6. Cancellations by CamWolff LLC
In the unlikely event that CamWolff LLC must cancel or reschedule your tour due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions, safety concerns, or other factors beyond our control), we will offer you a full refund or allow you to choose an alternative tour.
If the tour is canceled by CamWolff LLC after it has already started, we will provide a partial refund based on the duration of the tour completed and the circumstances of the cancellation.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
In certain cases (such as illness or personal emergencies), we may consider exceptions to our standard cancellation and refund policies. If you are unable to attend the tour due to unforeseen and exceptional circumstances, please reach out to us, and we will review your case on an individual basis.
