Payment

4. Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Full Refund: If you cancel more than 30 days before the tour starts.
50% Refund: If you cancel between 15 and 29 days before the tour starts.
No Refund: If you cancel less than 14 days before the tour start date.
If we must cancel or reschedule your tour due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund or offer you an alternative tour, based on your preference.
5. Health and Safety
By booking a tour with CamWolff LLC, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved in outdoor activities, including but not limited to hiking, wildlife encounters, and camping in remote locations.
We require all participants to be in good physical health and able to participate in outdoor activities. You may be asked to provide a health form or additional information if you have special health requirements or concerns. If you have any doubts about your fitness for a tour, we encourage you to consult with a healthcare professional before booking.
Our guides are trained in first aid, but participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the tour. If at any point you feel unsafe or unable to continue with the activity, please inform our guide immediately.
6. Tour Modifications
While we make every effort to adhere to the advertised itinerary, CamWolff LLC reserves the right to modify, change, or cancel tours at any time due to weather, safety concerns, park regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify participants of any significant changes before the tour begins.
7. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to respect the environment, fellow guests, and our guides during the tour. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any behavior that may harm others, damage the environment, or interfere with the enjoyment of the tour. CamWolff LLC reserves the right to remove any participant from the tour if their behavior is disruptive or dangerous.

By booking a tour, you acknowledge that you understand the potential risks of outdoor activities and agree to release CamWolff LLC, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in our tours, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
